Manage tournaments

This will guide you through how to set up a tournament, add teams, and create groups as an administrator for a tournament. This will be updated as we add more features and functionality.

This documentation assumes that you are an administrator for a tournament

Managing teams and groups

  • Add participating teams to your tournament.

    • You can name your teams freely.

    • You can add the same team more than once, just make sure to properly name the teams

  • Create groups and select among your participating teams

    • In the below example, we can see that we’ve added Halmstad HF and Sudrets HC to GROUP A.

    • You can name your groups freely.

Configure basic settings

  • Start and end date

    • This is how long this tournament will go on.

      • You can only schedule broadcasts within this time frame.

  • Competition image

    • this is the logo for the tournament

  • Poster image

    • This will be used as a poster image for all of the broadcasts

Scheduling and managing broadcasts

As an administrator of the tournament, you can schedule and set up your own broadcasts.

Requirements

  • You must select a venue for you to be able to create a broadcast.

Optional

  • When you create a broadcast you can select one of your created groups.

  • You can name your broadcast, this will show the chosen name instead of the usual “Teamname vs teamname”

Edit mode

  • You can create new broadcasts or make changes to already existing ones by turning on edit mode.

Multi select

  • In the case when you need to make changes to more than one broadcast, you can use the multi select tool to update several at once
