Use mobile devices to remote control broadcasts

Remote Recording

Remote recording enables the use of a mobile device as a stationary camera for a venue.

Prerequisites

To use the Remote Recording feature, ensure that you have the Studio App installed on your device. Additionally, make sure your device has sufficient battery life to last through the entire event.

Supported devices: IOS.


Step-by-step Guide

Follow these steps to successfully set up and use Remote Recording:

  1. Positioning the Camera

Secure your phone in a stable position that provides the best view of the event area. Tripods or mounts are recommended for optimal stability and recording quality.

  1. Starting the Camera

Open the Studio App and navigate to the event you want to record. Tap the Start button to activate the camera on your device.

  1. Automatic Recording

Once the event begins, the camera will automatically start recording. You do not need to manually press any additional buttons.

  1. Automatic Stop

The recording will stop automatically when the event concludes. There is no need to manually end the recording.
