Handle PayEx subscriptions
This guide will explain how to manage PayEx subscriptions in Backoffice and PayEx Admin.
Cancel a PayEx subscription
Navigate to a user’s detail page in Backoffice by searching for the user in the section Users.
In the list “Transactions”, find a transaction belonging to the subscription.
Press the three dots to the right and choose “Cancel subscription”


Refund a PayEx subscription
Pre-requisites: A PayEx Admin account
Navigate to a user’s detail page i Backoffice by searching for the user in the section Users.
Find the transaction you want to refund.
Press the three dots to the right and navigate to the transaction detail page by clicking “Transaction”.


On the transaction detail page, copy the id in the field “ExtId”.

Log into PayEx Admin and enter “10” + the id in the search field to find the transaction.
Please note: The “ExtId” is called “Number” in PayEx Admin.
Navigate to the transaction detail page and click “Reversal”.
