Handle PayEx subscriptions

This guide will explain how to manage PayEx subscriptions in Backoffice and PayEx Admin.

Cancel a PayEx subscription

  • Navigate to a user’s detail page in Backoffice by searching for the user in the section Users.

  • In the list “Transactions”, find a transaction belonging to the subscription.

    • Press the three dots to the right and choose “Cancel subscription”

Refund a PayEx subscription

Pre-requisites: A PayEx Admin account

  • Navigate to a user’s detail page i Backoffice by searching for the user in the section Users.

  • Find the transaction you want to refund.

    • Press the three dots to the right and navigate to the transaction detail page by clicking “Transaction”.

  • On the transaction detail page, copy the id in the field “ExtId”.

  • Log into PayEx Admin and enter “10” + the id in the search field to find the transaction.

    • Please note: The “ExtId” is called “Number” in PayEx Admin.

  • Navigate to the transaction detail page and click “Reversal”.
