Sportway is the first point of contact for support requests from Customers and Subscribers related to the LiveArena Sports Services.
LiveArena Sports provides technical support to Sportway and, if required or for efficiency reasons, also directly support to Customers.
Standard minimum technical support requirements are e-mail support Monday - Sunday 08.00 – 19.00 CET.
A state-of-the-art back-office application is used by the support to manage the streaming platform.
