Play site user management

This guide will explain how to manage Play site users.

Give a Play site user access to a club

Club access gives the user permission to manage different resources for the club, such ad marketing campaigns, Producer App users and more.

  • In Backoffice, navigate to the user’s detail page.

  • In the card ‘User accesses’ press ‘+ ACCESS’ in the ‘Memberships’ section.

  • Search for the club the user should manage.

  • Choose access profile:

    • Full access – Gives the user access to handle all resources for the club, as well as permission to add other members to the club from the Play site club admin pages.

    • Custom – Set a restricted access profile.
