Team account licences

Managing Team Account Licenses

Backoffice users can manage team account licenses for different clubs through the Partner Page. The process includes creating Partner entities, adding licenses, and handling payments.


Prerequisites

Before managing team account licenses, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

  1. The club must have an associated Partner entity.
    You can create a Partner entity via the Partner Page.

  2. One or more team account products must be configured on the site.
    Without this configuration, licenses cannot be created.


Types of Team Account Products

There are two types of team account products:

  1. Club Licenses – Accessible to the entire club.

  2. Team Licenses – Exclusive to a specific team and transferable between teams.


Adding a License

  1. During license creation, you will need to provide a contact person.
    This contact will receive a email from stripe with payment options for purchasing the licence.

  2. When a license is created, its status is set to Pending for 30 days.
    After the customer pays the invoice, the status updates to Active.

  3. The licence can be used during its Pending state.


Transferring Licenses

Only Team Licenses can be transferred between teams:

  • The team transferring the license out will have its license status updated to Inactive.

  • The team receiving the license will have its status updated to Active.

These changes take effect immediately.


Payment Configuration

Team account license payments are handled via Stripe.

To create licenses, sites must have a payment method configuration set up in their Stripe account.
